1) Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the United States, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta. We do not currently offer shipping services to other countries.

2) How much is shipping?

United States : Free shipping on orders over $120.For orders under $120, a flat shipping fee of $12 applies.
European countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Malta) : Free shipping on orders over €120.For orders under €120, a flat shipping fee of €12 applies.

Final shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.

3) How long does processing take?

Typically 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

4) How long does delivery take?

Delivery time within the United States is typically 3 to 5 business days after shipment, while delivery time to European countries is typically 5 to 11 business days after shipment.

Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier operations, weather, peak seasons, and destination-specific conditions.

5) Do you provide tracking?

Yes, when available. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the first carrier scan.

6) What payment methods do you accept?

Visa and Mastercard.

7) Are taxes charged at checkout?

Product prices include taxes. We do not add additional tax at checkout.

8) Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel it. If it has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and you may request a return after delivery (eligibility applies). See our Returns & Refund Policy.

9) What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide an appropriate resolution.
